The living room couch is not to be used as a sleeping space.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. Final balance of 75% and damage deposit is due one month prior to arrival. Credit card used to pay MUST be in the name of the primary renter and person 25 or over.
We require a 25% deposit of the total balance owing plus applicable taxes within 2 days of booking to secure the dates requested. Deposit amounts may vary at owners discretion. Balance owing is due 30 days prior to arrival.
We require a refundable damage deposit charged to a credit card for all bookings no less than 30 days prior to check-in, the amount of which is to be at the owners discretion. Generally, $1000 – $2000. We reserve the right to adjust the deposit based on group age/composition. A signed credit card slip may be required upon check in in lieu of the preauthorization. Money will be deducted for excessive or unacceptable property damage, excessive noise or disruption, missing items, smoking inside the unit, leaving garbage outside the unit, extra cleaning in or around the premises, any conditions that adversely impact subsequent bookings, lost parking passes and in the event there is a breach of any items specified in the rental agreement.
Deposits will be returned within 7 days provided there is no damage.

All payment terms and rates are flexible depending on the needs and varying specifics of each group. If you have questions, or concerns please ask. We will try to accommodate reasonable requests based on group size, composition and length of stay etc.
Our basic deposit refund policy is:
Cancel 60+ days before your check-in date (100% refund);
Cancel 30+ days before your check-in date (50% refund);
Cancel 29 days or fewer before your check-in date (No refund-transferable)
Exceptions, if any, will be based on individual circumstances and at managements discretion.
No refunds will be given for cancellations, losses and/or delays that result from unexpected weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
This unit is self maintained. Mid-stay linen changes/cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. One mid-stay linen/towel change is included for stays of 8 nights or more.
